Price and delivery guarantee

It should be a cheap and easy process to pre-order items. To ensure you enjoy the best shopping experience, we have introduced a price guarantee and a delivery guarantee.

How can I make use of the price guarantee?

We have the cheapest prices on the market and we guarantee them. If you have bought and paid for an item in Airshoppen, but you find the same item cheaper in your UK departure airport, we will immediately refund you the difference in price. You just have to provide us with valid documentation (e.g. a picture).

If you want to make use of our price guarantee, you need to send us your order confirmation from Airshoppen together with proof of the cheaper price. You can use the form below or send it by letter. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact our Call Centre on tel. +(44) 1614 98 38 38.

Note: As of 1st May 2017, tobacco products are no longer covered by our price and delivery guarantee.

How can I make use of the delivery guarantee?

In case an item is missing from the bag you receive on-board the plane, you have the opportunity to make use of our delivery guarantee. The following goods are covered by our delivery guarantee:

Please note that our online offers (marked with red "online offer" stickers), tobacco and confectionary are not covered by our delivery guarantee.

If you wish to make use of the delivery guarantee, you can buy the same item in a shop, either at your destination or back home in the UK within 1 month after you have returned. We will subsequently refund you the difference between the shop's price and our low Duty Free price.

If, regrettably, we were unable to deliver one of the items you have ordered, our warehouse will place a note in the Duty Free bag informing you of why the item could not be delivered. Please keep this note and send it together with your receipt for the replacement item you bought somewhere else. You can use the form below or send it by letter.

Boutique items (e.g. sunglasses, watches or bags) are also covered by our delivery guarantee, but we will send these items to your postal address once they are back in stock. So if you would like to take advantage of our delivery guarantee within this product category, we will send it to you as soon as possible.
