Delivery guarantee

On the rare occasion that a product is sold out or you are missing an item from your prepack-bag on board the plane, you have the opportunity to make use of our delivery guarantee. The following goods are covered by our delivery guarantee:

Spirits, fragrances and cosmetics

If we regrettably have been unable to deliver one of the items you have ordered in any of these categories, you can buy the same item in a shop at your destination (or back home in the UK within 1 month after you have arrived home). We will subsequently refund the difference between the shop price and our low Duty Free price. Our warehouse will place a note in the Duty Free bag informing you why the item could not be delivered. Please keep this note and send it together with your receipt for the replacement item you bought somewhere else. You can use the form found on our Customer Service page or send it by letter.


If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered in this product category (e.g. sunglasses, watches or bags), we will send these items to your postal address when we have them in stock once again. So if you would like to take advantage of our delivery guarantee within this product category, we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Goods not covered by our delivery guarantee

Please note that our Super Deals (marked with the pink "Deal" stickers), tobacco products, Travel Retail Exclusive-items and confectionary are not covered by our delivery guarantee.
